Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AJ’s Kidz Room (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://ajskidzroom.co.za) (“Website”).

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside South Africa.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 12 – 15 business days of payment of order. Our workshops operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the workshops will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Delivery can be expected 1-5 days after shipment, depending on the destination.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. Please remember we are a small family run business and all our items are handmade, just for you. We will always do our best to get your items to you on time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment details

AJ’s Kidz Room does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.

DELIVERY

We offer a door-to-door courier service nationwide.
Please feel free to contact us via e-mail for shipping costs where you will receive an invoice for payment purchases.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via e-mail.
All items will be shipped as 0 – 20kg, unless otherwise requested by the customer and any additional costs will be charged to the client.
Courier within Cape Town takes 1- 2 working days and major areas in South Africa between 4 – 5 days.
